🌱 Turning wastewater into valuable resources – directly on site.
Although urine makes up only a small fraction of wastewater by volume, it contains a large share of its nutrients. So why dilute these valuable resources in the first place, only to recover them later with considerable effort?
The KREIS-Haus in Feldbach is showing ogmo together with the ZHAW Institute for Environment and Natural Resources IUNR and us Vuna, how decentralized nutrient recovery works in practice:
