The two reused conveyor belts are still in perfect condition after 20 years of operation. They survived the avalanche that struck the old hut unscathed, allowing BURN SPEZIALBAU AG to remove them for us. After a brief search and shoveling session in the snow at the transfer point, they were ready for reinstallation.
