Our organic spelt is grown at our location in the Allgäu region of Germany and processed by hand into fine flakes. They are ideal for porridge and muesli, as a baking ingredient for bread and pastries, for cooking vegetable dishes, soups and stews, and as a topping for fruit and desserts. Spelt flakes are rich in vitamins, minerals, and fiber.
