Here is the solution: the Peepot from Finizio. This urine separation module allows you to build your own indoor or outdoor toilets with urine separation (diverting toilets).

The Peepot is produced within an 11 km radius of Eberswalde (Germany). The sheet metal is laser-cut, bent, and welded in three different workshops in Eberswalde. Transport between the production sites is mostly done by e-cargo bike.
